As part of a team of 26 from St Albans City FC, I'm cycling once again to Amsterdam in the annual London to Amsterdam in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. All monies raised goes towards awareness campaigns (encouraging men to get checked out) and also to clinical research into better detection and cure.
