Story

HI

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Lavant f.c's Chestnut Challenge.

I was lucky enough to meet some of the children after playing in a charity foootball match last year and decided i wanted to do something so here it is.........

Lavant fc are running the 2010 Puma Hell Runner on the 28th of November in aid of a great charity called Chestnut Tree House Childrens Hospice.

Hell Runner is a 12 mile run through rough terrain, steep muddy banks, Ice Cold rivers and muddy chest height bogs! To see a video of the course visit the website www.hellrunner.co.uk

Chestnut Tree House Care for local children with life-limiting and life threatening illnesses. Its a great charity and the ONLY ONE of its kind in Sussex.

To give you an idea £25 enables a child 1 hour in a multi-sensory room.

£50 means a child can go swimming for an hour in the hydrotherapy pool.

£100 pays for the community team to care for a child in their own home, giving parents a much needed break.

So every penny really does count!

For more information on this great charity and the fantastic work they do visit their website www.chestnut-tree-house.org.uk
