Charitable giving is very much part of our culture at The Lava Group. Every year The Lava Group work together to support a local cause at the heart of our community. These are holistic partnerships that last for the whole year and include a range of support such as awareness raising and fundraising through our own or organised events.

Our charity for 2019 is “Alzheimer’s Society”. The charity has a long and proud history of campaigning for change, funding research to find a cure & supporting people living with dementia. Their hope to reduce the impact of dementia on lives today and create a world without dementia tomorrow.

During the month of June, a team from Lava will participate in a “Virtual Walk around Ireland”. The challenge to collectively walk 1500km, the full distance around the island of Ireland!

Our progress will be tracked on a map and our virtual location will be recorded at the end of each week. We’ll keep you posted & share our journey on our social media.
