Story

In loving memory of Lauren Szumski who sadly passed away on 2nd May 2023 from a suspected epileptic seizure. She was found dead in her hotel room after failing to check out.

The shock and devastation of losing Lauren has been felt around the world by her family and many friends. Lauren was full of life and passionate about everything she did. Clever, independent, kind and full of joy, Lauren made amazing friends wherever she went.

Many of you have shared fond memories of her. Her beautiful smile, aswell as her adventurous and fun nature ever present in your stories. We have been truly moved by your kindness and enjoyed your stories of our beautiful girl.

Instead of flowers we are asking for anyone wishing to honour her memory to make a donation to either Epilepsy Research UK, or Epilepsy Action Australia (either can be selected by choosing relevant team member)

We love that girl,

Stewart, Trish, Doug, Mike and Will
