Hi everyone! 

So I'm doing Tough Guy, the world's 'safest, most dangerous assault course', on the 27th January - I don't know if I'm brave, crazy or just plain stupid... But that doesn't matter! What matters is raising a LOT of money for charity (and surviving to tell the tale). 

So 8km of cross country in mud, followed by a further 7km of underground tunnel networks, huge 30ft A-frames, fields of electric wires and rivers of freezing cold water stand between me and the finish line. However training is in full flow!

I would really appreciate it if you could dig deep and help me reach my fundraising target of £1000, which will be donated to 'Help for Heroes'. It's a great charity and I'm really proud to be raising money for them.
