Hi i`m Lauren

i`m 10 years old and love helping to raise money for charity. The last Charity event i did was a sponsored swim with my best friend to help the children in Africa.

A week later i became very poorly myself and had to stay in hospital for two long weeks. Although i am getting better i still have to visit the doctors at the hospital a lot. But this isn't going to stop me doing race for life.

i have chosen race for life because my mum did it a few years back and i wanted to join her last year but she was ill and had to have an operation on her back so we couldn't. This year mummy said i can do it and to support me she will be running it with me.

This is our road to recovery together after both being ill as well as remembering those we love that have been affected by Cancer, Lets beat it together!!!
