In memory of one of my dearest buddy's Vicky Jackson, a few of her close friends have joined forces to set up the 'For our Vic' crusade, with a hope to raise awareness and raise the much needed funds to fight the awfulness that is Melanoma. 

Vicky Jackson made a HUGE impact on this earth and in my life.

It’s time for us now to make a worthwhile impact in Vicky’s honour. 

Infectious she was. Flirty. Fun. Hard working. Naughty. Wild. Caring. Bonkers. Cheeky. Genuine. Sexy. HILARIOUS. Always there to talk to.

All of things one wants in a best buddy and I couldn’t think of a more fitting tribute than Kirstie’s idea of  'For our Vic'. 

Devon never had the pleasure of meeting Vicky but has heard so many stories she is now part of his life too and he would love to help, and support the cause with me in Vicky’s honour. 

Taking our hats off to Kirstie Jones, for quitting alcohol for a year from now, what we’re doing (i.e. one month) in comparison is a drop in the ocean but everything makes a difference, no matter how big or small. Like most, we enjoy a tipple or two or three; there is always beer chilling, wine waiting and tequila winking, and this is truly going to be a challenge for us, especially Devon, who I once said has alcohol in his body instead of blood. 

I know that we all get lots of these emails and I don’t like asking but the cause is SO greatly in need of funds and close to my heart, a cheeky fiver wouldn’t go a miss in memory of a true legend.
