Wow first time doing this!! The need for specialist dementia support doesn't stop. Families facing dementia need support now more than ever to help them cope with the difficulty they face everyday,  I lost my grandpa to Dementia so this charity is close to my heart, my workplace Central England Co Operative have a wide range of fundraisers throughout the year for Dementia UK.   But i decided I needed a challenge!! I have took the challenge to run 5k a day for the whole of May (31 days!!), I enjoy running but at the moment average just 2 times a week with a busy life with my 4 kids husband and job !! I will push myself mentally and physically but I will know why I am doing this and what it'll do to help so many families!!
