Oesophacycle Castle2Castle Challenge · 17 June 2017

For more than three decades, OPA Cancer Charity has fought against oesophageal and gastric cancers, raising awareness about the dangers of persistent heartburn, Barrett’s oesophagus and acid reflux (GORD). We support patients, caregivers and their families.

Story

On 17-18 June, we will be cycling 110 miles for the Oesohageal Patients Association NI.  The aim is to raise the funds to bring a new technique in the treatment of upper GI cancer to Belfast City Hospital.

A very good friend was diagnosed with this condition many years ago and sadly passed away.

This is a very worthwhile cause with the funds raised going directly towards equipment which will enable the early removal of stomach, oesophageal  and rectal tumours.

Any support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
