Welcome to my fundraising page for CoppaFeel! This June I will set out on a challenging, extraordinary and life-changing trek, all in the name of checking chests! I will be taking on 100km of the rugged and unforgiving Hadrian's Wall Country in a bid to raise funds towards CoppaFeel's life-saving mission. I will be doing this over 5 days with a group of amazing people! And your donations will not only support my fundraising target, but most importantly CoppaFeel! 

In November 2022 I lost my Mum to breast Cancer, she had been battling it for a year and a Half. We lost her so suddenly, we thought she was winning, she had her surgeries finished her Radiation and chemo tablets, and on the road to recovery. The cancer came back strong and aggressive, and within a couple of weeks knowing she was terminal, she was gone. 

This charity’s mission of stamping out the late diagnosis of breast cancer by making sure that  people are regularly checking their boobs, pecs and chests and getting to know their bodies, this is so important. My mum did this, she knew where to look and it stopped it being diagnosed to late, and although her story doesn’t have a happy ending, I do believe because of this we got to spend more time with her, making memories, her meeting her newest granddaughter and having one of the best summers where she was just herself, in her happy place around a fire, glass of wine in hand and laughing with her family.
