On the 3rd of June 2012, 3 days before what would've been Jack's 16th birthday, myself, Jack's mum, cousin and three other friends will be jumping out of a plane in Jack's memory to raise funds for the charity CRY.

For my 16th birthday we abseiled off the Newport transporter bridge to raise money for charity and our next step would've been to do a sky dive together.  Sadly it wasn't to be.

Please help me, in the memory of Jack Thomas, to help CRY introduce screening across the country.
