'Tri'ing for Libby

Every year there are 150,000 cases of Sepsis, resulting in a staggering 44,000 deaths – more than bowel, breast and prostate cancer combined - and that is just in the UK alone.
In March last year, a fabulous woman contracted Sepsis and did not recover. Libby was one of the best people I have ever met. I feel so lucky to have called her my best friend for so many years. I am participating in her memory, in the hope that we can work towards a cure for this terrible disease.
I can run, swim and cycle without stabilisers so why not do them all together? I am aiming to swim 1.5km, cycle 40km and run 10km all in under 3 hours. Any money you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for the support!
