In amongst all this madness our hearts are breaking to say a very special man in our lives sadly passed away 22.3.20. No words could ever describe how much we all love him and the gap that will now be present. To a special husband, father, grandad and great grandad. Not forgetting doggy dad to Bertie. You’ve provided a lifetime of love, support and humour to our whole family - we love you endlessly or as you’d say “to the moon and back indefinitely”.

A lot of people have been asking about the funeral arrangements and flower donations. However, due to COVID-19 we will only be able to have a closed immediate family service. In response to peoples query we would instead ask that you consider a donation (no matter how small) to The Severn Hospice.

Severn Hospice is there every day for families across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales living with an incurable illness.All its compassionate care and emotional support is provided for free but it can't do it alone - the hospice needs to raise £2 for every £3 it spends. Your gift will make a real difference to someone today, helping them have the time, space and peace to make more precious memories too.

Severn Hospice provided invaluable support, care and love to not only my Grandad but our whole family right up until his final moments and for the coming days afterwards. A million thank you’s wouldn’t be enough to show the gratitude we have as a whole family for their support.
