Ty Hafan are a wonderful charity that do amazing things for families, they offer help and support to families that are going through difficult and upsetting times in their lives. Im doing this rainbow run in memory of my friends son who sadly passed away and Ty Hafan gave my friends family huge support and helped  them through their most diffcult time in their life. So by donating you can help them to continue to carry on with their wonderful work in supporting families in Wales.
