Story
As many of you know last year I did a charity run in memory of my nan and grandad, who passed away in the hospice.
Since the passing of my wonderful grandparents close family friends of mine have lost two very special people, that I also had the privilege of knowing.
So I have decided to get my running shoes on again and take part in the pilgrims hospice colour run on the 20th October my aim is to try beat last year's time and hopefully the amount raised in the memory of Paula Beach & Luke Williams , who sadly lost there battle with cancer.
These two wonderful people meant so much to so many, due to there kind hearts and beautiful personalities . It's a awful shame to have lost such lovely people but thanks to the hospice, the hard working compassionate staff we can know that they was looked after and comfortable as possible at an extremely sad and hard time.
Practically all of the hospice is run on funding through donations and sponsorship, staff volunteer to care for our loved ones and support us at these heart breaking and tough times .
Many of us have experienced the help and care provided by the hospice and many of us will also need them in the future so please help me raise money to thank and support the pilgrims hospice .
Thank you ... X
