Hi everyone. 

I have decided to participate in a Sky Dive to raise money for our local NHS Trust CDDFT. I myself work for this Trust and see first hand where the money that everyone raises goes too. Money raised towards County Durham & Darlington Foundation Trust goes towards buying medical equipment, supplies and training and ongoing support for all staff members. 

All staff receive ongoing training to ensure we deliver high standards of care with every patient contact we have. Working as a community nurse myself I know how much of a change donations can make for us to have equipment to take to people in their homes who are unable to leave. 

The charity works to enhance patient care and experience across eight main hospital sites, in community settings and in our patients' homes. With your help, we can make a real difference.
