2023 is the year for me to get back in to running and to raise money for some very worthy charities. 

When my Nan, Primrose, was in her final days in early 2021 Marie Curie were one of a number of organisations who appeared, sent trained and caring individuals to help us so that we could ensure Nan was comfortable, peaceful and in her own bed until the end. This made the world of difference to us as a family in such a difficult time.
