I unbelievable got into the London Marathon again 😱 and if I'm going to push myself to my limits I want to do it for a very worthy cause. 

My Grandpa was amazing. The fittest 78 year old you would probably ever meet. He would be out on his bike most days and ride around the velodrome twice a week. He even supported people with disabilities to ride on the velodrome using a tandem🚲 He was also a fantastic Grandpa and Great Grandpa and I've got so many memories of holidays as a child with him and days out which I will cherish forever. 

Sadly he was diagnosed with osophegal cancer in June 2019 and he passed away in January 2020. Way before his time!!!

He was proud of me the first time I ran the marathon so I'm going to do this one in his memory. 

Treetops 🌳 supported my Grandpa at the end of his life and enabled him to stay at home until the end. They also provided well needed rest bite for my Gran. The nurses were amazing and the work they do is so important. They couldn't change the outcome but they enabled my Grandpa to stay at home and have his family around him at the most important time.
