I am running this years Great South run to raise money for research into prostate cancer. 

I lost my wonderful grandad last year and want to do all I can in his honour. I also want to help other people who may be suffering from prostate cancer (now or in the future) as I don't want anyone else to lose someone they love. 

Prostate Cancer UK is leading the fight against prostate cancer. They fund groundbreaking research, drive improvements in treatment, and fight injustice in care.

My grandad's smile and witty sense of humour was one of a kind. I feel so blessed and lucky to have had such a caring and supportive grandad.

He was such an important and adored member of my family and is missed dearly everyday by everyone.
