This is a gruelling 24 hour event, not for the faint-hearted.

Story

In a few weeks’ time (3 July to be precise), I'll be completing (and hoping to smash) a slightly ridiculous 24 hour challenge and I'd love your support.

The challenge is over 24 hours, and begins with a 2 mile (3.2km) run and then Every Hour On the Hour (EHOH), I'll be running another 2
miles, and then completing some Olympic lifts (cleans at either 50% or 100% of my body weight) in the remaining time. The challenge lasts all 24 hours, has some strategy involved in it, and has some ridiculous fitnessing in it - what more could I want. The winner will be announced at the end of the 24 hours, and will be someone who has survived and completed each of the runs for all 24 hours, and the person who has lifted the most weight in between each of the runs (if you want more details, I am MORE than happy to explain this in much more detail to anyone who will listen).

Why on earth am I doing this I hear you ask? The event is being run out of my CrossFit box (another bonkers thing I do), and is being
used to raise money for CALM - the Campaign Against Living Miserably, raising funds for mental health, which is obviously something super important to me, particularly given the last 15
months we've all had. The event itself is going to be a challenge, but in my opinion, couldn’t be for a better cause, nor raise awareness on a more important topic.

My ask of you is fairly simple. Any support would be greatly appreciated (and will be match funded from both Accenture and St James' Place which is great), so if you're in a position to, please give as generously as you can. OR, if you want to come join in / cheer / laugh at me, even better; just let me know and I can share some details. Please also feel free to send this quick plea onto anyone else who may want to get involved, support, or anything in between.
