On May 13th I am hiking 100km along the Jurassic Coast, with a group of Westcoast employees raising money for Mind.

This challenge will be the hardest I have ever completed, with a full time job and two young children I am having to dedicate my weekends to the long training hours.

Suicide is the 2nd largest killer amongst 15-32 year olds and I think after the past few years mental health has been more prevalent than ever. 

Westcoast will match donations by 100%!
