RED January is a community initiative that encourages you to support your mental health by doing something active every single day. Whether its running 5k, or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or taking your bike out for a spin - join the thousands of people around the UK kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way with RED January!
During completing RED January 2018 I was overwhelmed with the support I received; in the form of donations, well wishes and company on runs.
I found this a really tough challenge to undertake but I managed to cover 100 miles in the month whilst making new friends, catching up with old friends and raising a fantastic amount of exposure and funds for mental health and the support that Mind offers.
Yet again I will be keeping a video diary of my daily runs and inviting people to join me to help me get through the month!
