On September the 25th I am taking part in the Brighton 50mile bike ride....(eek)! and I need your help.....

I have decided to sponsor MacMillian Cancer Support, a very important and worthy charity which helps support people with cancer in all aspects of their lives, from medical care to financial support.

It's a charity very close to my heart, so please Please PLEASE sponsor anything you can, small or large.
