<p><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; color: blue; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size: small;">Along with our fellow 'Dragon Fly' team mates, Justin and I will be taking part in the upcoming Dragon Boat Races that are being held at Alton Water on the 25th September, 2011. </span></span></strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; color: blue; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size: small;">Our aim is to raise a minimum of £100 for St Elizabeth Hospice, a local charity who specialises in helping people with progressive illnesses by helping with palliative and end of life care and whom have touched the lives of many friends and family.</span></span></strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; color: blue; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">As with everything we do, we always leave it to the last minute to train and prepare but with the knowledge that every penny raised goes to such a worthy cause, we feel that the pain is worth it. </span></strong></span></p>
