I am fundraising for Northumbria University as I have been given the opportunity to work with the Wallace group Zambia volunteering program in May 2020 for 6 weeks. As a team of 5 students from Northumbria University, we will be looking to engage, educate and empower thousands of young people in Zambia.

In doing this I will be providing education to the children addressing important issues through sport and how it can develop individual life skills as well as bringing joy to all that participate. The project aims to have a positive impact upon disadvantaged communities that are affected by high levels of unemployment, drug and alcohol abuse and many health risks.

To help run this project I must raise enough money to fund our travels to Zambia and help with charities whilst we are there, any amount of money would be a fantastic donation to help with such a huge and life changing experience.
