I have lost two important people in my life in the last two years to this awful disease first my grandad 2 years ago and now godfather this year 2015

I am running 5k again this year in memory of my wonderful godfather Roger Who sadly lost his battle to bowel cancer earlier this year March at the age of 61, I will taking part in the 5k race for life in Chelmsford on Sunday 12th July as this is close to where Roger lived 

Roger was always an inspiration to me not only as he was a lovely person but he used to do a lot of running events and run the London Marathon, I would like a to carry on in his footsteps running if anything giving him back something for everything he did for me, It would be greatly appreciated if you could sponsor me please x
