Anyone who knows me will know that I am not a runner and that taking part in last year's 5k run was quite a challenge for me....Well this year I've decided to attempt the 10k run!!!! (If my back will let me).

I have lost many members of my family to cancer over the years and know of numerous friends who have fought and survived. 

One in three people are be affected by cancer some way or another.
