I am taking part in the Edinburgh Spartan Sprint on Sunday 26th August. This is a 5k race (easy i know) however this 5k involves 15 torterous obstacles. These obstacles involve 12ft walls, running through fire, crawling under barbed wire are running through angry gladiators (to name a few)! To quote Spartan:  i'll know when i've crossed the finish line!!
