Story
Yes, you've read it right .
This coming October, I am going to be trekking across the rough and tumble of The Sahara Desert all in the name of raising money for The Prince's Trust.
For those of you who don't know, The Prince's Trust is a fantastic charity which works with young people in the UK who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. By helping them back into the classroom, start college courses, gain qualifications and enter employment, the Prince's Trust gives disadvantaged youths the motivation and confidence to turn their lives around.
It really is a wonderful cause but even if you're not interested, hopefully the humour of me camping (without my hair straighteners, I might add!) will win over your support!
100 km - 5 days - Laura in a tent?! The photos should be worth a laugh, at least!
Thank you for your support, everyone!
Laura :-)
