I will be running the Virgin London Marathon 2013 for Nottingham Hospital Burns Unit. This ward played a huge role in the saving of my youngest brother - Joshua's foot a few years ago. Joshua was in a horrible boating accident a few years back which meant that he had to undergo many operations and skin grafts e.t.c. It was the skill and dedication of the staff at Nottingham Hospital that helped save his foot and give him the chance to live life as though this horrific accident had never happened. With the support that the staff gave both to Joshua and our family we were able to help care for his foot which means that he can still walk, run and play sports - something which we were unsure he would be able to continue to do.

By sponsoring me in my quest to run the London Marathon you will be giving me and my family a chance to thank all the staff at Nottingham Hospital and help them continue to provide the excellent services to other young patients who desperately need their help.
