Last year my good friend Charlotte and her family lost their very dear mum, wife and nanny, to the cancer Myeloma, so on 30th October I will be doing the Great South Run in her memory and I'm hoping to raise £500 for Myeloma UK.

I'd be very grateful if you could sponsor me as I'd really like to raise as much money for the charity as possible and I am hoping to do the run faster than I did in 2009, as my son will tell you it was great last time but the last 2 miles were hell running into the wind!!
