We raise funds for mental health to help children and young adults

Story

After agreeing for a few too many New Year’s resolutions this year, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 2nd April 2023, the Cheshire Sprint Triathlon on 21st May 2023, and Ride London (100 mile bike ride) on 28th May 2023.

I would like to put these New Year’s resolutions to good use and raise money for the MWMT trust, a charity that helps support children and young adults who are struggling with their mental health. The Max Windle Memorial Trust was set up in memory of the younger brother of a friend of mine who tragically passed away at the age of 16 after struggling with his mental health.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated
