On the 1st of July we sadly lost Calvin aged 24, who was a loving father, partner, son, brother and friend. He is sadly missed by all who knew him and in his memory I would like to raise money and awareness of The British Heart Foundation and the work they do. 

I am a coffee addict (those who know me will understand how difficult it is for me to cope without it, used to having about 8+ coffee's a day) so I am giving up on all caffeine for a month. That includes coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, energy drinks and chocolate from the 15th April - 15th May 2013.

Thanks to all who have donated so far, your money is helping a cause that means a lot personally.
