Story
This month 10 members of the Cobec Engineering Team will cycle a minimum of 250km each to raise much needed funds for the LauraLynn Children's Hospice and will be posting weekly updates on our collective progress.
LauraLynn Children's Hospice, based in Dublin provides palliative care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Like all charities at the moment LauraLynn is facing many challenges due to Covid19. Naturally fundraising events have been cancelled and yet they still must raise 4.6 million to ensure their services can continue. LauraLynn is on the frontline of this crisis providing end of life care and crisis care to families affected by Covid19.
They are connecting with families helping them to make moments that matter at home, providing Music Therapy, Counselling, Bereavement support and play activities through Skype while also conducting regular Wellness Check In Calls to make sure their families do not feel alone.
Any support you can provide to LauraLynn and the families they support during extremely difficult times is very much appreciated!
