Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, your support means the world to me.
In 2013 I was diagosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. Sounds scary but it doesn't have to be. The MS Society is is a world leader in MS research and right now they are funding around 70 world-class research projects that cost over £19 million. It is thanks to everyone that donates to their cause that makes this possilbe. They want to beat MS and their research brings them a step closer. Treatments for MS are already leaps ahead for people newly diagnosed like me. Past research is already benefitting my future with the help of disease modifying drugs and with continued research funding who knows what benefits people with MS will see.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thank you kindly for any support you can give - Laura.

Event Update: RideLondon-Surrey 100 2016 (Ash and James)
The challenge this year is to get both myself and my little bro around this years RideLondon-Surrey 100, as ever we have decided to ride with purpose generating support to the MS society and to Laura herself...
Starting at sunrise on July 31st, at the olympic park itself, it meanders it's way south of the river through 100 miles of Surrey's leafy HILLS before heading back to London, with the finishing straight on the Mall!!
We've both got some way to go until then though... so allez, allez, allez!! Thanks in advance and hope to perhaps see you along the way for much needed support...
Again we urge you to support us in our endeavour, to raise £1750 for the MS Society!
Your support is truly appreciated!!! Thanks (Ash and James)

Event Update: Ride Surrey-London 100 2014 (Ash and Tony (Dad))
Both myself and my dad have been lucky enough to land places in this years Ride Surrey-London 100 and as part of the generation of support to the MS society and to Laura herself we have decided to ride, as ever, with purpose... Laura's reaction to the enormity of her diagnosis has been nothing short of super-heroic, therefore suffering 7 hours on a miniscule saddle is the least we can do for my Superwoman.
Dad and myself will be aiming to raise at least £1500 between us, so dig deep and support us by donating here in this very worthy cause. It'll mean the world to us.
The event itself is billed as the cycling version of the London Marathon and follows the superb route carried out during the London 2012 olympics. Starting at sunrise on August 10th, at the olympic park itself, it meanders it's way south of the river through 100 miles of Surrey's leafy HILLS before heading back to London, with the finishing straight on the Mall!!
We've both got some way to go until then though... so allez, allez, allez!! Thanks in advance and hope to perhaps see you along the way for much needed support... (Ash and Tony)
