After the buzz of a 10km run we have decided to go the next step and run a half marathon, 13.1 miles.

We are doing this in aid of guide dogs for the blind as dogs are a mans best friend but can also be of use to the blind in making there lives easier.

We are going to put in a lot of effort with the training for the big day!
