Story
For the second time ever I am going to be cycling 100miles round the streets of London as part of Ride London 100, an annual 100 mile cycle through London and Surrey.
This time it is for a charity which I have been volunteering for, for a couple of years - Soup Kitchen London. It's a small charity operating out of the American Church on Tottenham Court Road and each day the volunteers there feed around 100 people, many of whom are homeless and live on the streets.
This charity is run by Alex Brown and mainly operates on donations from individuals and companies in London. It does amazing work and relies on food and clothing (given out once a week to those in need) donations in order to keep going.
When I am there I always like to help Chef Michael in the kitchen (in another life I'm pretty sure I would have been a chef) and it is an honour to prepare food and make sure the people of London stay fed.
I would like to raise £1000 for this great charity. So please sponsor if you would like to, as it is going towards a great cause and something I feel passionately about!
