This October I will be running the Cardiff Half marathon to raise funds for Cerebral Palsy Wales, a charity close to my heart.

Cerebral Palsy Wales provides physio, occupational and speech and language therapy, to children across Wales living with Cerebral Palsy. 

They have provided invaluable support to my brother James and my family, which we are eternally grateful for ❤️
