Yooooooooooo welcome to ISG's wonderful virtual cycling journey :) We came up with this idea to visit 5 Reed Exhibitions/RELX offices as we are all not going to be visiting them personally in the near future and we wanted to stay active at this difficult time and more importantly raise valuable money for people who are struggling right now mentally . There has never been a more important time to be a good human and spread kindness and help people who are struggling to deal with this unprecedented time we find ourselves in .

If you are anything like me , you will find yourself on Amazon Prime a few times a day to pass the time .. so how about you be an absolute legend, put off buying those funky energy drinks and donate a few quid to a fabulous cause instead... good vibes all round ! 

Stay well and  at home , follow the rules and stay apart in order for us to come together :)
