Story

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. Physio, hospital visits, tests, feeling low, limited mobility etc But the brain can adapt,Which is an amazing thing .The stroke society offer specialist support, research and campaigning and  are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. That's why I've chosen to be part of #TeamStroke by taking on Swim for Stroke and raising vital funds.my aim is to swim 7 miles over the course of a month. The stroke society have helped me lots in my recovery ,phonecall's to check I am ok ,support with unanswered questions and generally being there when I needed them,I know if I was struggling they would be there. I want to be part of the team making a difference within the stroke community and give back to support  Rebuilding lives after stroke. Can you help? Anything matters for this fantastic cause ❤️ thanks in advance
