I'm not a runner and I have found training a massive struggle, as I run around I normally am just calculating how long it will be until I am home and can sit down again!

We're running for the British Lung Foundation, who raise money to support people with lung diseases.  They also fund research into treatment for lung diseases.  

Amanda, who has been organising our team, sadly lost her father two years ago.  He had been diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, and only lived a few months after his diagnosis.  Very little is known about this disease - what causes it and what can be done to treat it.
