We will all be taking part in Bowel cancer west's 5K obstacle challenge on the 19th of September, which will include running, climbing, sliding, and character-building fun, right next to the beach! 

We are doing this in memory of our beloved, Wife, Mum, Aunty & Sis who we sadly lost to bowel cancer in 2018.
