This year I am undertaking the challenge of the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

Compared to the horrendous hills of the Shrewsbury Half Marathon, this will take me past some of the most famous land marks in London.

I am running in memory of our family friend Al Dawson, who died of Osteosarcoma in November 2007 aged 16. The Bone Cancer Research Trust, aim to improve the outcomes for people with primary bone cancer through research, awareness, information and support.
