So.... that moment none of you have been waiting for....2017 sees the return of #crapcyclist.

 As you may be aware I am not a natural cyclist. I don’t understand gears. I look silly in the helmet. I avoid hills. I  cry when I can't avoid hills. Etc etc. 

However, after competing in the Prudential 46 mile ride last summer I pledged, in a moment of madness, to tackle the full 100 mile distance this year.

 So here I am. I will be taking on this mammoth (for me) task in aid of Brainstrust- a charity dedicated to improving clinical care and providing support for brain tumour sufferers in the UK.

This is a type of cancer that has affected my family and I would love to help the charity with the work they do in supporting brain tumour patients and their families.

 I would really appreciate anything you can afford to give. I will need all the support I can get to make it up those Surrey hills!
