Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On May 22nd I will be setting out to walk 100km continuously along the Jurassic Coast starting from Corfe Castle and finishing in Bridport. If you aren't familiar with the route - that's a lot of hills! It will likely be one of the most physically and mentally demanding things I have ever done but it's nothing compared to what many young people deal with on a daily basis.

1 in 10 Young people have a mental health problem.

80,000 Children and young people suffer from severe depression.

1 in 12 Young people self harm.

And we can't even imagine what this last year has done to worsen this. That's why I am raising money for Young Minds who are leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges.
