We have joined the December Daily Dash to help spread awareness and raise funds to support the fantastic work Sue Ryder do in supporting those living with a terminal illness, a neurological condition or who have lost a loved one.  We have committed to running 5km every single day in December and our goal is to raise £1 for every one of the 465 dashed kilometers.
