As many of you know, I'm not a natural runner. And as anyone who has been within earshot of my recent grumblings about shin splints, blisters and falling off the *front* of treadmills will be aware, I'm not a happy one either. But on 31 May, I'm going to put my better judgment to one side and run (sort of...) 10km through London town for a very good cause indeed.  Please sponsor me and make it all worthwhile.

Less than 1 in 5 people with a learning disability work, compared with 1 in 2 disabled people generally.
