Those of you who know me well will know how much of a challenge this will be for me as I am not keen on exercise. However, this is a charity very close to my heart, so anything you can donate will be appreciated and give me the encouragement needed.

Dementia is now the leading cause of death in the UK. It’s a devastating and complex condition. Every 3 minutes somebody will develop dementia. There is no cure.
