I am abseiling off the Forth Rail Bridge in support of my friend and colleague Stacey Lynch whose husband Chris sadly died of a massive heart attack just before Christmas.

Stacey and Chris were married for 9 short weeks and I am fundraising for Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland as they carry out vital work into understanding and preventing the causes of heart attacks.
