We are attempting this climb on August 8th-19th not only because the charity does amazing work to look after orphaned and abandoned babies inTanzania but also because in the summer of 2013 I will be going to volunteer there for 7 months. Your support is so important because the baby home costs £500 on average to run for 1 day! However as well as looking after the unfortunate children they also help in the community by training local teenagers in skills such as Pre-school teaching, carpentary and electrics using a D.A.V.E scheme which you can learn more about on their website www.foreverangels.org. Even if you can't donate much- just £10 would cover a child's medical expenses for a whole month.
